Designed to welcome up to 70 000 visitors and users each day, the Shandong Big Data Industry Base Complex merges professional workspaces, research laboratories and inclusive public zones for learning and community interaction within Jinan Technology Park.

Innovative Architectural Concept — The Continuous Ring Structure
At the core of the Shandong Big Data Industry Base Complex lies its signature continuous‑ring concept. This iconic architectural device slices through the volume of multiple high‑rise towers and reconnects them at ground‑upper levels, creating a hovering horizontal structure bridging internal site roadways.
By lifting pedestrian circulation above vehicle traffic, the ring improves safety, shortens walking routes and creates generous elevated public terraces across the smart industrial park. Functional links extend from direct metro station access at the lower levels all the way to the helipad located on the 34th floor of Tower 4.
